Kansas City drivers

I'm filing this under "religion" because I was praying for my life a couple of times today. 

I went into work late (still recouping the energy bit from surgery), and my first stop on the way was Walgreen's to pick up a prescription.  This Walgreen's is at a busy intersection, and I usually take a left hand turn lane that gets a green arrow signal just to be safe.  Mine was the first vehicle in line, and as I'm turning into the cross street, some person in a large vechicle makes a right turn into that lane, not even looking for oncoming traffic from the light.  It was a close one, and I was focusing so hard on avoiding her and not getting rear-ended that I missed the opportunity to HONK loudly.  How in the world this person could miss a 1/2 ton Ford F-150 truck (cream and light blue) coming towards her is beyond me.

Then after picking up the prescription, I was turning into the street and some yahoo turned into the lane from across the street and just missed me.

My guardian angel probably has a few more white hairs, but thanks for watching out for me!  Please try to give me a little more warning if you can, though.

Maybe it's that full moon out there, in full bloom....
