I made bread dough last night and did the "cool rise" in the fridge method for the first rising. Miss Portia wanted attention just before 4am, and I took that opportunity to take the dough out of the fridge to warm up. Then when I got up (for the day) at 5am, I made out these rolls, let them rise and put them in the oven around 6am. YUM!
Joel's got a cold and it's hard for him to taste anything, but he's enjoying them -- must be able to taste the cinnamon/sugar/butter/walnut mix.
