already and not just from banging my head against the wall. I've been awake since 4am and just got up at 4:30am. I'm juggling multiple roles and responsibilites and kept waking up in the night with things yet to do on my mind.
It also doesn't help that I ran out of blood pressure meds on Saturday. I have an overdue doc appointment today and I'll probably beg him for a sample of meds ON THE SPOT because my head POUNDS. Sunday, the first day without meds, wasn't too bad. But after that, I found myself with a pounding headache by 4pm each day. This morning I woke up feeling like iron bars were compressing my head. Ugh.
Can't concentrate too well, but doesn't matter. Stuff has to be done, stuff has to go out. Unfortunately the pounding head means I've not always been as careful as I should have. Sigh.

You have my sincere sympathy!

That certainly explains the perception that you had been banging your head against the wall. I hope the doc can help you out today.
