Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for family, for friends, for all the blessings of this life... for our furriest one with her unconditional love. For a career that I love. For the roof over our heads and a hubster who works hard to make the mortgage payments and keep the house maintained. For the means to walk into the grocery store and be able to buy what we need and often, what we want.
May we remember those who have needs while we enjoy our meals of plenty. May we do one kindness to those who need it without expecting recognition or thanks in return.
And let's remember those who have lost loved ones this year and those who cannot share their holiday with loved ones -- may they experience kindness and love throughout this season.
